Step#1 : Take a clean and air tight jar. Put coconut oil in it. Make sure that your coconut oil is not in liquid form and should be in somewhat buttery form.
Step#2 : Now, add rose petals on the top of coconut oil. Next, add brown sugar over the petals. While choosing brown sugar, keep in mind it should be coarser so as to experience an effective scrubbing.
Step#3 : Finally, add the jojoba/almond oil into the mix. Add half of the oil at first and let it sink down to rose petals. Then, add the remaining oil. Put the lid on the jar and let the petals to soak oil completely.
