Weight Loss Starts in the Kitchen
It is no secret that being healthy and feeling healthy starts with what you put into your body. You could exercise all day long, but without the right nutrients in your body, it would be impossible for you to lose weight correctly or for your body to thrive. The greatest paradox is that when you eat healthy, you will find you want to exercise. Doing right by your body means you start switching out the bad foods with the good ones. This can be as simple as adding a veggie to every meal, eating less carby and processed food.
Drink More Water
Water is the symbol of life and health. If you want to flush out your body and help it to operate better in every sense of the word, you will need to drink the right amount of water. Buy a canteen or reusable cup and bring it with you. I have found that when I have water in a nice cup that I bring everywhere with me, I am prone to drinking more water. Incorporate this life giving liquid into your day! Your body is made up of mostly water, and you cannot lose weight or be healthy without it.
Maximize Your Movement
It is likely that you already exercise all day long. You probably walk up the stairs, do chores, and do tons of other movements that get overlooked on a daily, or even hourly basis. If you maximize the movements you already do, you will find that you can exercise all the time without even carving out time in your day to do so. Begin to take the stairs instead of the elevator if you don’t already. Walk around the block when you talk on the phone. Every movement matters.
