MY THOUGHTS ON DRY SHAMPOO

The best dry shampoo I can share with you is LESS IS MORE. Sprinkle powder 2 or 3 inches away from your scalprub it in with your fingers that will break up the formulaI have experienced Over-application and it makes my hair difficult to work with and looks chalky. On the other hand when I use dry shampoo correctly, it lifts my hair style while creating a beautiful texture.

Gray/ Silver For gray or silver colored hair a great combination of ingredients for dry shampoo would be arrowroot or cornstarch with bentonite clay.

Strawberry Blonde/ Red People with strawberry blonde or red hair should use a fixture of arrowroot or cornstarch with cinnamon.

Dark BrownThose of you with dark brown hair should definitely consider using a mix of arrowroot or cornstarch with cocoa powder and activated charcoal.

Black Hairfor black hairmix in a bowl together of 1/4 cup of corn starch1/4 cup of cocoaabout 5-8 drops of whatever essential oil you choose

As somebody who washes my hair with regular shampoos only once a week.I often use dry shampoo between washes and it works terrific at stopping the oiliness in my hair. But doing this too often can actually be detrimental because the built-up residue can eventually clog your follicles. So try to do it only once between hair washes so your scalp has a chance to breathe.
