Easy to make Paleo recipes
Paleo sweet potato porridge
1 cup of Grated sweet potato
2 tablespoons of Almond butter
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
sprinkle some cinnamon
and a pinch of sea salt
stir and bring to a boil
simmer for 10-15 minutes until it thickens
you can enjoy with any toppings you like such as chopped pecans or walnuts
FRESH SALMON PATTIES
Place Fresh Sockeye Salmon on a parchment-lined baking tray
Drizzle with Olive oil and a generous sprinkle of salt and peppers
place in the oven to cook 350
dice an onion and red bell pepper
chop of 2 tablespoons of fresh dill
1/3 cup fresh parsley
saute onion, red pepper olive oil
place sauteed items in a bowl and put in the refrigerator to cool
remove salmon from oven transfer to a plate for 5-10 minutes till it is completely cool
use your hands to flake off the salmon
place flaked pieces in a mixing bowl
add dill and parsley
2 tbsp. mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 garlic glove
half cup of almond flour
mix all the ingredients with your hands
form salmon balls into small patties
Add several tbsp. of olive oil to a pan
cook the salmon patties 3-4 minutes on each side
once they are cooked through, put the patties on a paper towel
LEMON DILL SAUCE
melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan on medium heat
chop 1/4 cup of onions and add to melted butter
cook until onion is soft
sprinkle 1 tsp of flour
add 1/2 cup of milk
stir as the sauce thickens
add half juice of a lemon
put in a little more milk to thin sauce
taste then season with salt
Add 2 tsp. fresh chopped dill
stir and serve
